The Skate Barn 2011 Skate Camp is just around the corner, and whether you are a skilled rider or you have never set foot on a board, our skate team is ready for you. The Skate Barn Skate Camp focuses not only on training skaters new to the sport, but those who want to learn more. It is loaded with every opportunity to step up your skills. Skate Campers will receive lessons from the area’s top skateboard instructors while visiting 5 of the region’s best skate parks. Come be a part of our 11-year tradition and skate the summer away!

ITINERARY
The Skate Barn - Hampstead, NC
Carolina Beach Skate Park and Greenfield Grind Skate Park, Wilmington

Marsh Creek - Raleigh, NC & Durham Skate Park (subject to change)
Eastern Skate Park Wilmington & The Skate Barn- Hampstead, NC
Activities Include: Stretching, safety, terminology, trick tips, contest, video premieres, swimming, group activities, nature walks, games, and a heavy dose of skateboarding. Lunch is provided each day, as well as mid-morning snacks. Fruit and drinks will be provided throughout the entire day. All camp participants will receive a camp T-shirt and prizes. The Skate Camp attendees will have free admission to The Skate Barn both Saturday and Sunday following camp. Safety is a top priority throughout our days of fun activities. Our staff is First Aid certified and we take every precaution to avoid injury and incident.

Sign up as soon as possible for Skate Camp! Limited spaces are available for each week. Skate Camp hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm (Thurs 8 - 6). Campers are to be dropped off and picked up at the Skate Barn each day and are advised to bring a change of clothes, swimwear, and protective gear! Camp cost includes: transportation to skate parks, entry fee to skate parks, lunch, drinks, snacks, camp T-shirt, and prize packs.
